How We Fulfill Orders
All merchandise from New Creator Culture is made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please allow additional time for production before your order ships.
Production Time
Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–7 business days after your order is placed. Production times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Shipping Times
United States:
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after production
- Expedited options may be available at checkout
Canada & United Kingdom:
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production
Rest of World:
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination country
- Customs clearance may add additional time
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with Printful to investigate. Note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.
